Die Klinik Arlesheim ist ein Akutspital mit 90 stationären Betten in den Bereichen Onkologie, Innere Medizin und Psychiatrie/Psychosomatik sowie einer onkologischen Tagesklinik mit 24 Betten. Zum ambulanten Grundversorgungsangebot gehören Frauenheilkunde, Dermatologie, Gastroenterologie, Hausarztmedizin, Kardiologie, Neurologie, Pneumologie und Schlafmedizin. Der Notfall ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Die medizinische Diagnostik und Therapie basiert auf den modernen Möglichkeiten der naturwissenschaftlichen Medizin. Als erste anthroposophische Klinik weltweit verfügt die Klinik Arlesheim über eine mehr als 100-jährige Erfahrung mit dem integrativen Konzept der Anthroposophischen Medizin.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Medizinischen Diagnostik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine ausgebildete dipl. Pflegefachperson im Tagesdienst (Montag-Freitag).

Aufgabenprofil ##

* Fachgerechte Assistenz bei endoskopischen Untersuchungen: Sie unterstützen unser Ärzteteam bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Endoskopien (z.B. Gastroskopie, Koloskopie) und übernehmen die umfassende Vorbereitung der Patient:innen. * Betreuung und Überwachung: Nach endoskopischen Eingriffen begleiten Sie unsere stationären und ambulanten Patient:innen, überwachen die Sedierung und kümmern sich um die Nachsorge. * Sicherstellung der Geräte- und Hygienequalität: Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere endoskopischen Geräte jederzeit den internen hygienischen Vorgaben entsprechen. * Organisation und Tagesplanung: Sie unterstützen die effiziente Planung und Organisation des täglichen Ablaufs und tragen so zu reibungslosen Prozessen bei. * Qualitäts- und Konzeptentwicklung: Sie setzen innovative Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepte mit um und wirken an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Pflegequalität mit. * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Ärzteteam und dem Sekretariat,  sowie weiteren Mitarbeitenden der Klinik zusammen. * Teilweise Mitarbeit in der Diagnostik Pneumologie und Kardiologie: Sie unterstützen die Abteilungen Pneumologie und Kardiologie bei diagnostischen Untersuchungen, übernehmen die fachgerechte Vorbereitung, Monitoring und Nachsorge der Patient:innen.

Sie bringen mit: ##

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF oder äquivalent mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Endoskopie, Gastroenterologie und/oder Funktionsdiagnostik
  • Effiziente und saubere Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Motivation und Bereitschaft sich aktiv einzubringen, an neuen Prozessen teilzunehmen und mitzuwirken
  • Freude und Interesse Neues zu lernen und Erlerntes weiterzugeben 
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Selbständigkeit
  • lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
