Deine Hauptaufgaben

 

  • im Zentrum steht die umfassende Pflege traumatologischer (unfallchirurgischer) Patientinnen und Patienten
  • den Patientenprozess gestaltest du aktiv mit und engagierst dich für die Weiterentwicklung der Pflegeprofession
  • mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und Teamkollegen der Führung, Bildung und Fachentwicklung arbeitest du eng zusammen
  • dein Wissen teilst du gerne mit unseren Lernenden und Studierende

Dein Profil

  • du bist bereits eine diplomierte Pflegefachperson oder schliesst dein Studium demnächst ab
  • in einem abwechslungsreichen Fachgebiet mit rasch ändernden Patientensituationen blühst du so richtig auf
  • du bist reflektiert, entwickelst dich gerne weiter und die Übernahme von Verantwortung ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit ist dir wichtig und du pflegst deine professionellen Beziehungen
