Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen Krankheitsbildern mit Schwerpunkt Nephrologie/Angiologie
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten und ihren Angehörigen während der Hospitalisation
  • Beteiligung an der Lernbegleitung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Berufsbildung
  • Mitwirken beim Aufbau der neuen Bettenstation für nephrologische Patientinnen und Patienten

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH
  • Du bringst gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit
  • Wohl fühlst du dich in schnell ändernden Situationen und kannst Prioritäten setzen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für die Patient:innen und engagierst dich für die Umsetzung einer patientenorientierten und professionellen Pflege
  • Du freust dich auf ein neu zusammengestelltes Team und bringst dich aktiv in der Zusammenarbeit und Teamentwicklung mit ein
  • Wiedereinsteiger:innen und Neueinsteiger:innen sind ebenso willkommen wie erfahrene Pflegefachpersonen
  • Du arbeitest gerne in allen Schichten
