Die Abteilung Entlastung des SRK Kanton Bern unterstützt Menschen in jeder Lebensphase. Der Bereich Betreuung umfasst die Dienstleistungen Besuchs\- und Begleitdienst, Entlastung Angehörige und Home Care. Diese Angebote dienen der Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen sowie der Entlastung ihrer Angehörigen. Die Dienstleistungen werden sowohl von Freiwilligen als auch von angestellten Mitarbeitenden erbracht.

Für die Region Oberaargau mit Hauptarbeitsort in Burgdorf suchen wir per 16\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und selbstständige Pflegefachperson HF als

Pflegefachperson HF als Fachspezialist:in Betreuung, 50\-70%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie leiten regional den Besuchs\- und Begleitdienst sowie bei einem Pensum von 70 % zusätzlich die Dienstleistung Entlastung Angehörige organisatorisch und fachlich.
  • Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung der Dienstleistung mitverantwortlich.
  • Sie decken die telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Dienstleistung an drei bis vier Vormittagen ab ( bis Uhr).
  • Sie führen telefonische Situationsabklärungen durch, beraten die Anfragenden, gewinnen und betreuen die Klientinnen und Klienten.
  • Sie rekrutieren, vermitteln und begleiten Freiwillige, organisieren Freiwilligen\-Treffen und koordinieren deren Einsätze.
  • Sie führen die Dossiers der Klientinnen und Klienten sowie der Freiwilligen.
  • Sie führen die monatliche Zeiterfassung sowie periodische Reportings und Statistiken.
  • Sie arbeiten vorwiegend am Standort Burgdorf und sind für Gespräche bei Klientinnen und Klienten im Oberaargau sowie für Treffen mit Freiwilligen am Standort Langenthal unterwegs.
  • Sie arbeiten in regionenübergreifenden Fach\- und Arbeitsgruppen mit und engagieren sich an öffentlichen Anlässen sowie in der Vernetzungsarbeit.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF sowie Erfahrung in der Altersarbeit.
  • Sie bringen ein Flair für die Freiwilligenarbeit und/oder entsprechende Erfahrung mit.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und sind versiert im Umgang mit verschiedenen Dossierführungssystemen.
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in administrativen Tätigkeiten und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und Beratungserfahrung aus.
  • Sie kennen die Unterstützungsangebote des Gesundheits\- und Sozialsystems in der Region Oberaargau.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind selbstständig und denken vernetzt.
  • Sie zeigen die Bereitschaft, sich auf Veränderungsprozesse einzulassen, sind flexibel und belastbar und bewahren auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick.
  • Für diese Tätigkeit ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil.
