Für eine spezialisierte Pflegeinstitution in Basel suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH für den Bereich Beatmungspflege. Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Intensiv-, IMC- oder Beatmungspflege von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Beatmungstechnologien und komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Bereitschaft, sich fachlich in den Bereich Beatmungspflege weiterzuentwickeln
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fachausbildung Intensivpflege von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung

Aufgaben ##

  • Pflege und Überwachung von beatmeten sowie medizinisch komplexen Bewohnenden
  • Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Beatmungs- und Monitoring-Systeme
  • Früherkennung und Einschätzung von Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Atmungstherapeutinnen und -therapeuten sowie weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Angehörigen
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Fachliche Unterstützung sowie Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Keine Einsätze im Nachtdienst
