Deine Herausforderung ##

  • Fachkompetente und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten vor und nach operativen Eingriffen im IMC- und Aufwachraumbereich 
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und patientenorientierten Aufnahme und Eintrittsorganisation
  • Durchführung und Überwachung einer differenzierten Schmerztherapie, Sicherstellung der neurologischen Überwachung und Durchführung spezifischer therapeutischer Massnahmen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von klinischen Verschlechterungen und akut lebensbedrohlichen Situationen sowie Einleitung der erforderlichen Massnahmen
  • Übernahme von Zusatzverantwortungen im Stationsalltag, beispielsweise als Schichtleitung, sowie Mitarbeit bei stationsinternen Aufgaben und Projekten
  • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren beteiligten Berufsgruppen zur Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen und patientenzentrierten Versorgung

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung in Überwachungspflege oder mit der Motivation und Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich fachlich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb mit Arbeitsbeginn teilweise ab 06:00 Uhr. Sie profitieren von einem planbaren Arbeitszeitmodell ohne Nachtdienste, mit lediglich ca. einem Samstagsdienst pro Monat und in der Regel freien Feiertagen
