Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Du pflegst und betreust herzchirurgische und kardiologische Patientinnen und Patienten (u. a. herztransplantierte und Asisst-Device-Patienten)
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflegequalität sowie für die Steuerung und Überwachung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Du nimmst deinen Ausbildungsauftrag wahr und bist auch für die Umsetzung mitverantwortlich
  • Für die Erreichung der Abteilungsziele setzt du dich ein

 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau / diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Flexibel und belastbar in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Pflegeberuf und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
