Die Diagnose ist gestellt – und dann? Für viele Erwachsene mit ADHS beginnt genau hier die Arbeit, die ihren Alltag wirklich verändert: Struktur finden, mit dem Arbeitgeber sprechen, Ansprüche klären, dranbleiben. Diesen Teil der Versorgung bauen wir neu auf, und du gestaltest ihn mit.

klaroADHS ist ein spezialisiertes ambulantes Angebot für die Abklärung und Behandlung von ADHS bei Erwachsenen, mit Standorten in Zürich und Biel und ergänzender Videosprechstunde. Trägerin ist die 1050medical GmbH. Rund 20 Mitarbeitende arbeiten bei uns interprofessionell zusammen: Fachärztinnen und Fachärzte für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Assistenzärztinnen und \-ärzte, Psycholog:innen und ein Administrationsteam.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du führst begleitende Einzelgespräche nach der Diagnosestellung – vor Ort und per Videosprechstunde
  • Du leistest Psychoedukation zu ADHS im Erwachsenenalter, zunächst im Einzelsetting, später auch in Gruppen
  • Du unterstützt bei Alltagsstruktur, Arbeitssituation und Selbstmanagement
  • Du berätst zu Arbeit, Sozialversicherungen und Nachteilsausgleich und führst Angehörigen\- und Arbeitgebergespräche
  • Du koordinierst mit weiterbehandelnden Fachpersonen und externen Fachstellen
  • Du dokumentierst den Verlauf sorgfältig
  • Du bringst dein Wissen in Fallbesprechungen ein und arbeitest unter der fachlichen Verantwortung unserer Fachärztinnen und Fachärzte

Was du mitbringst

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Fachrichtung Psychiatrie, Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit FH oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1\); für den Standort Biel zusätzlich gute Französischkenntnisse
  • Regelmässige Präsenz an einem der beiden Standorte möglich
  • Wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte Haltung
  • Freude daran, einen Bereich von Grund auf mitzuentwickeln statt in fertige Strukturen einzusteigen

Von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung: ambulante Erfahrung, Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht, eine Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich ADHS oder Coaching.
