Unsere Wohngruppe Rigi bietet Menschen mit erhöhtem Begleit- und Pflegebedarf sowie herausforderndem Verhalten eine möglichst normalisierte Wohnform an, in welcher sie das selbständige Wohnen erleben und leben können. Zur Ergänzung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine flexible, engagierte und zuverlässige

Pflegefachperson HF oder Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ 80% auf der Wohngruppe Rigi

Ihre Aufgaben: - Agogische und pflegerische Begleitung von 12 erwachsenen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung im lebenspraktischen Bereich, im Gruppenalltag sowie in der Freizeitgestaltung - Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der pflegerischen Massnahmen - Umsetzung der agogischen und pflegerischen Konzepte - Stellvertretung der Ressortleiterin Pflege - Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben als Koordinationsperson - Führen von Dokumentationen, Berichten und Protokollen - Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stellen

Sie bringen mit: - Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF oder Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Pflege zwingend - Erfahrung mit dem Abrechnungssystem RAI von Vorteil Hohe physische und psychische Belastbarkeit sowie professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz - Verantwortungsbewusste, selbständige und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hohen Sozialkompetenzen - Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Abend-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten - Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Fahrausweis wünschenswert
