Pflegefachperson HF oder FaGe im Nachtdienst

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben - - Verantwortung für eine professionelle und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner - Sicherstellung einer individuellen, bedürfnisorientierten und ressourcenfördernden Pflege - Durchführung und Überwachung von pflegerischen und medizinischen Massnahmen - Führen der Pflegedokumentation sowie Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen und fachgerechten Dokumentation - Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Angehörigen, Therapeuten sowie weiteren internen und externen Fachstellen Das bringen Sie mit - - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl.
