Für unsere Spitex DAHEIM AM BESTEN GMBH suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für organisatorische, koordinative und fachlich unterstützende Aufgaben in der Region Basel.

Ihre Aufgaben: -Koordination und Organisation der Einsätze unserer Live-In Betreuerinnen. -Mitarbeitende und Kunden im Pflegealltag fachlich begleiten und beraten. -Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Pflegedokumentation. -Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden und ihrer Angehörigen. -Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und anderen Fachpersonen. -Zu einer zuverlässigen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betreuung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten beitragen. Ihr Profil: -Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitsbereich. -Idealerweise eine Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann. -Auch Fachpersonen mit anderen Ausbildungen im Gesundheitswesen sind bei uns willkommen. -Organisationsgeschick und Freude an der Koordination. -Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise. -Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. -Führerausweis und Bereitschaft, in der Region Basel (BL, BS, SO, AG) oder Region ZG (ZG, LU, SW) unterwegs zu sein.
