Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich psychiatrische Versorgung und stationäre Pflege in der Region St. Gallen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte Pflegefachpersonen für den Einsatz in verschiedenen Behandlungssettings.

Unser Mandant bietet Ihnen ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld in multiprofessionellen Teams, in denen Fachkräfte mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungshintergründen, Kompetenzstufen und Lebenserfahrungen gemeinsam an einem Ziel arbeiten. Die Zusammensetzung der Teams variiert je nach Auftrag und Grösse der jeweiligen Station und umfasst Fachkräfte von der FaGe über HF und FH bis hin zu Masterabschlüssen in Pflegewissenschaften. Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle sowie attraktive Einsatzplanungen ermöglichen eine gute Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben.

Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen pflegerische Aufgaben im Rahmen der psychiatrischen Betreuung und Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten bzw. Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Berufsgruppen zusammen und bringen Ihre fachliche Kompetenz in die interdisziplinäre Teamarbeit ein. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation gestalten Sie auch die Fallführung mit, unterstützen als Pflegeexpertin oder Pflegeexperte auf Station oder übernehmen Verantwortung in der Führung oder Berufsbildung.

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Pflegebereich, etwa als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit, mit einem Diplom auf Stufe HF oder FH oder einem weiterführenden Abschluss bis hin zum Master of Science in Pflege. Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im psychiatrischen Umfeld mit, zeigen Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in vielfältigen Teams und sind bereit, sich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
