Die Schulthess Klinik zeichnet sich durch bestmögliche Pflegestandards aus. Als Pflegefachperson stellen Sie die professionelle Umsetzung dieser Standards im Pflegealltag sicher und gewährleisten eine qualitativ hochstehende Betreuung und Pflege unserer Patientinnen und Patienten vor und nach chirurgischen Eingriffen. Dabei pflegen Sie eine offene und wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Patientinnen und Patienten, Angehörigen sowie mit den interdisziplinären Behandlungsteams.

Ergänzend zu Ihrer Tätigkeit in der direkten Pflege eröffnet sich Ihnen nach der Einarbeitungs\- und Probezeit die Möglichkeit, schrittweise Fachverantwortung auf Stationsebene zu übernehmen. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie aktiv zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Pflege bei, stehen im engen Austausch mit der Abteilungsleitung der Station sowie der Abteilungsleitung Pflegeentwicklung und übernehmen unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Fördern und entwickeln einer bestmöglichen Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörigen nach dem aktuellen Wissensstand
  • Unterstützung des Pflegeteams bei der Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses und bei der Gewährleistung einer wirksamen und nachhaltigen Pflege
  • Fachliche sowie methodische Anleitung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden in Bezug auf Pflege, Beratung und Edukation
  • Zuständig für die Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Pflegequalität und der Implementierung von Neuerungen
  • Engagement und aktive Mitwirkung im Pflegeentwicklungsgremium
  • Erstellen und Überarbeiten von pflegerischen Richtlinien und Konzepten
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von internen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen

Was uns überzeugt

Sie bringen idealerweise einen Abschluss als Bachelor of Science in Nursing oder eine abgeschlossene und in der Schweiz anerkannte Diplomausbildung auf Tertiärstufe mit. Aufgeschlossenheit, innovatives Denken, Flexibilität sowie Engagement und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Sie ebenso aus, wie Ihr fundiertes klinisches und theoretisches Pflegewissen und Ihre Patientenorientierung. Sie besitzen hohe soziale Kompetenzen und verstehen es durch Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeit, das Team für die Weiterentwicklung in der Pflege zu begeistern. Selbständiges und verantwortungsvolles Handeln gehört zu Ihren Kompetenzen wie Empathie und Teamfähigkeit. Ihre sehr guten EDV\-Kenntnisse (MS Office/KIS) wenden Sie gerne und mühelos an. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Expertise im Bereich Akutpflege und Orthopädie ist von Vorteil.
