per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Die Klinik Sarnen befindet sich in einem spannenden Veränderungsprozess: Seit Herbst 2025 setzen wir ein innovatives Behandlungsmodell um. Patientinnen und Patienten werden in drei flexiblen Settings begleitet - stationär, tagesklinisch und im Home Treatment - stets abgestimmt auf das, was für die Patientinnen und Patienten und das Behandlungsteam in der jeweiligen Situation sinnvoll und wirksam ist. In der Nacht betreuen Sie 10 Patientinnen und Patienten. Unsere Haltung ist geprägt von Transparenz, Beziehungskonstanz und Augenhöhe. Wir arbeiten nach den Prinzipien von Open Dialogue: Wir sprechen mit den Patientinnen und Patienten und nicht über sie. Angehörige und Fachpersonen werden früh einbezogen, Entscheidungen gemeinsam getroffen. Werden Sie Teil eines engagierten und professionellen Teams, das neue Wege geht - verantwortungsvoll, beziehungsorientiert und mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum.

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Milieutherapeutische Gestaltung einer Nachtruhe fördernden Atmosphäre
  • Begleitung und Behandlung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten durch den Abend und die Nacht
  • Unterstützung der Nachtwachen auf den Stationen in psychiatrischen Notfallsituationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Mitarbeitenden in der Nacht (2 Abteilungen)
  • Kompetentes Handeln in psychiatrischen Notfallsituationen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Pflegefachausbildung (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld Psychiatrie oder stationärem Setting
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohe Verlässlichkeit
  • Hohe Empathie und Sozialkompetenzen, hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Teamplayer/in
