Unser Setting ist schweizweit eine Besonderheit: Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den somatischen Abteilungen des Universitätsspitals Zürich ist es uns möglich, Patient:innen mit Essstörungen aufzunehmen, die aufgrund ihrer körperlichen Verfassung in anderen psychosomatischen und psychiatrischen Kliniken nicht versorgt werden können. Das interdisziplinäre Team legt Wert auf eine individuelle, umfassende und die Selbständigkeit erhaltende Therapie, Behandlung und Pflege. Stationär und in der Tagesklinik legen wir grossen Wert darauf, dass in persönlichen Gesprächen Ziele, Bedarf und Bedürfnis für einen positiven Therapieverlauf besprochen und umgesetzt werden. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

  • sind spezialisiert auf die Begleitung, Betreuung, Unterstützung von Menschen mit Anorexie, Bulimie und atypischen Essstörungen
  • orientieren uns am Bezugspflegekonzept und am individuellen Therapieplan
  • sind im therapeutischen Setting wie z. B. Gruppentherapien, Einzelgesprächen, Essbegleitungen und Expositionstraining eingebunden
  • nehmen wahr, stellen Fragen, geben Feedbacks und halten mit den Patient:innen aus und durch
  • arbeiten im Team eng zusammen und sind interdisziplinär auf Augenhöhe unterwegs
  • gehen interessiert und wertschätzend miteinander um
  • bilden HF-Studierende aus und sind selbst immer am Lernen
  • führen dich sorgsam und gründlich ins Spezialgebiet und in den Abteilungsalltag ein

Du...

  • verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH
  • bringst Erfahrung im Fach Psychiatrie mit und Neugier zum Thema Essstörungen
  • hast Freude am Menschen und kannst dich professionell auf Beziehungsprozesse einlassen
  • denkst vernetzt, arbeitest gerne selbständig und hast Spass am interdisziplinären Austausch
  • möchtest dich an die klaren Strukturen einer Psychotherapie-Station halten und bei individuellen Abmachungen trotzdem flexibel sein
  • willst werktags im 3-Schichtbetrieb (start Frühschicht um 7:45 Uhr) und am Wochenende in 12-Stunden-Schichten arbeiten, um am Samstag und Sonntag öfter frei zu haben
  • bist offen für Neues und möchtest mitgehen, mittragen, mitgestalten
