Die Stiftung Ancora-Meilestei setzt sich für die Integration von Menschen ein. Wir bieten Therapie-, Wohn- und Arbeitsangebote für Personen mit psychischer oder sozialbedingter Beeinträchtigung sowie mit Abhängigkeitserkrankungen an.

Die Angebote der Wohnbereiche ermöglichen Stabilisierung und zunehmende Selbstständigkeit in allen Lebensbereichen. Das Kollektive Wohnen findet in persönlichen, von der Stiftung zur Verfügung gestellten Wohnungen statt. Wir begleiten und fördern Menschen in einem nicht institutionellen Rahmen, damit sie ein unabhängiges Leben führen und sich Schritt für Schritt gesellschaftlich wieder integrieren können. Im Kollektiven Wohnen arbeiten wir von Montag bis Freitag und überwiegend zu Bürozeiten. Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen? Und du willst wirklich was bewirken? Deine Aufgaben - echt abwechslungsreich: - Begleitung von bis zu sechs Bewohner/-innen im Alltag – individuell, alltagsnah und auf Augenhöhe - Du förderst Eigenverantwortung und motivierst zu kleinen und grossen Veränderungsschritten - Du erkennst, was Menschen brauchen, stärkst Ressourcen und unterstützt bei Schritten in die Selbstständigkeit - Du gestaltest Freizeitaktivitäten, bist Bezugsperson und planst den Alltag gemeinsam - Und ja, auch administrative Aufgaben gehören dazu – Betreuungsverläufe, Absprachen, Austausch mit Helfernetz - Du bist zwischen Wetzikon und Uster unterwegs – mit dem Firmenfahrzeug

Womit du uns begeisterst: - Abschluss als Sozialpädagoge/-in HF, Pflegefachperson HF oder Sozialbegleiter/-in BP - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Erwachsenen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung – oder grosse Lernbereitschaft - Du bist selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst, menschlich, mit Humor und Herz - Wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen ist für dich selbstverständlich - Du schätzt die christlichen Werte und lebst unsere Vision «Du bisch es Wert!» gemeinsam mit uns - Führerausweis Kat. B - Pikettdienste (telefonisch, ca. 7 Tage im Monat) bist du bereit zu übernehmen – dafür gibt’s zusätzliche Vergütung
