\- Fachverantwortung Demenz Du berätst und begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden bei komplexen Situationen, förderst die fachliche Reflexion und unterstützt die Teams dabei, Menschen mit Demenz personenzentriert, wert-schätzend und professionell zu begleiten.

\- Fachverantwortung Berufspraxis Bildung Du vermittelst Fachwissen verständlich, geduldig und mit Freude - auch komplexe pflegerische Zusammenhänge werden dank dir greifbar. Mit deiner Prise Humor begeisterst du Lernende und Studierende und machst Lust auf professionelle Pflege \- Fachverantwortung Palliative Care  Du berätst und begleitest unsere Pflegeteams an allen Standorten und in der Spitex bei palliativen und komplexen Situationen. Du bist vor Ort, wenn dein Fachwissen gefragt ist, unterstützt bei der Einschätzung und Entscheidungsfindung und packst auch selbst mit an.   

 

Das bringst du mit:

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF oder FH 
  • Weiterbildungen in den Zusatzfunktionen oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • Du liebst den Mix aus Pflege am Bett und Organisation im Hintergrund
  • Nerven aus Drahtseilen und ein Lächeln das selbst den stressigsten Dienst rettet
  • Freude an Fachberatung, Wissensvermittlung und Konzeptarbeit
