Die Stiftung Wohnen im mit Sitz in Hinwil, bietet für 90 pflegebedürftige und betagte Menschen. In vier Abteilungen, verteilt auf zwei Häuser, sowie 29 Alterswohnungen zum Teil mit Serviceleistungen, engagieren wir uns täglich aufs Neue, stets mit dem einen Ziel: Dass sich die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner zuhause und geborgen fühlen.

Für unser Pflegeheim in Hinwil suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und ambitionierte Person als

welche/r gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und tatkräftig mitgestalten möchte.

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohner in den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
  • Sie führen die Ihnen aufgetragene Pflegeverrichtungen sicher und fachkompetent aus
  • Sie beobachten Situationen und sind in der , Veränderungen wahrzunehmen und die zuständige Fachperson darüber zu informieren
  • Mithilfe bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossener Kurs als Pflegehelfer/in SRK sowie Berufserfahrung nach abgeschlossenem Kurs wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der grundpflegerischen Tätigkeit
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Freude im Umgang mit betagten Menschen
  • Flexibel, teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst, gute Wahrnehmungs\- und Beobachtungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache und Schrift
