Notre client est un centre pour personnes âgées établi en Suisse alémanique, offrant à ses résidents un foyer respectueux avec diverses formes d'habitation. L'institution se distingue par une offre complète de thérapies et de culture ainsi que par une haute qualité de soins et une équipe multiprofessionnelle. Pour renforcer l'équipe de soins, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord une personne engagée en tant qu'assistant(e) en soins (SRK) ou assistant santé et social (AGS) à un taux d'activité de 50 à 80 %.

\- Participation à la mise en œuvre des procédures de soins \- Respect et application de toutes les règles d'hygiène \- Accompagnement et soins selon les besoins personnels \- Exécution de toutes les mesures de soins de base dans le déroulement de la journée \- Soutien du personnel qualifié lors des mesures thérapeutiques

\- Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit requise \- Formation achevée d'assistant en soins ou d'assistant en santé obligatoire \- Expérience pratique en soins de longue durée souhaitée \- Personnalité d'équipe et collégiale avec un grand sens des responsabilités \- Sens du service marqué envers différents groupes de personnes \- Empathie et enthousiasme pour les personnes nécessitant des soins \- Ouverture et respect envers différentes cultures \- Motivation pour une formation professionnelle continue \- Résistance au stress et capacité à garder une vue d'ensemble même dans des situations exigeantes
