Sie unterstützen sie bei der täglichen Pflege, fördern ihre Selbstständigkeit und tragen zu einer sicheren und wertschätzenden Atmosphäre bei. Mit Ihrer offenen und Ihrem Engagement werden Sie Teil eines eingespielten Teams und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Wohlbefinden unserer Bewohner/\-innen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mithilfe bei der Pflege und Begleitung unserer Bewohner/\-innen
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner/\-innen im Alltag und Förderung ihrer Selbstständigkeit
  • Mitverantwortung für eine wohnliche und gepflegte Gestaltung der Bewohnerzimmer
  • Mitverantwortung für Ordnung und Wohnlichkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen
  • Ausführung hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Austausch im Pflegeteam

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Pflegehelfer/\-in SRK oder entsprechende, vom SRK anerkannte ausländische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und wertschätzende Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
