Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Ihre Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrungen setzen Sie in der Grundpflege kompetent und respektvoll um
  • Individuelle Bedürfnisse der Bewohnenden nehmen Sie wahr und erfüllen diese bestmöglich und wertschätzend
  • Sie unterstützen die Selbstbestimmung und Eigenständigkeit der Bewohnenden
  • Sie halten die Hygienerichtlinien ein und übernehmen auch hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
  • Sie führen die Pflegedokumentation lückenlos und selbstständig

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Abgeschlossener Kurs als Pflegehelfer/in SRK
  • Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Eine natürliche Achtsamkeit für unsere Bewohnenden und deren Bedürfnisse, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Erfahrung im Nachtdienst zwingend
  • Ihr selbstverständliches Bewusstsein, ein Teil des Teams zu sein, wo gegenseitige Unterstützung, Respekt und Kooperation grossgeschrieben werden
  • Ihre Herzlichkeit, kombiniert mit einer Prise Humor, abgerundet mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und offener Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
