Für verschiedene Institutionen in der Langzeitpflege in der Region Bern suchen wir Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %). Gemeinsam schauen wir, welcher temporäre Einsatz zu deiner Erfahrung, deinem gewünschten Pensum und deinen Vorstellungen passt.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Pflege und begleite Bewohnende individuell und unterstütze sie in ihrem Alltag
  • Übernimm pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen
  • Beobachte gesundheitliche Veränderungen, handle entsprechend deiner Funktion und leite wichtige Informationen weiter
  • Dokumentiere deine Leistungen zuverlässig und arbeite eng mit dem Pflegeteam zusammen

Du bietest deine neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine gleichwertige SRK-Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege und Interesse an der Langzeitpflege
