Führungskultur gestalten statt nur Prozesse verwalten - in einer Schlüsselposition, in der Pflege und Menschen im Mittelpunkt stehen. In Luzern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Leiterin oder einen Leiter Pflege im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. In einer der führenden Privatkliniken der Schweiz übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Pflegebereich und gestalten als Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung die strategische Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie führen den Pflegebereich fachlich, personell, organisatorisch und wirtschaftlich und entwickeln ihn gemeinsam mit Ihrem Führungsteam kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie stärken Ihre Führungskräfte in ihrer Rolle und fördern eine Führungskultur, die auf Vertrauen, Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitiger Unterstützung basiert
  • Sie gestalten die strategische Ausrichtung des Pflegebereichs und setzen diese erfolgreich um
  • Sie entwickeln Pflegequalität, Prozesse und Innovationen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie verantworten Budget, Ressourcen und die wirtschaftliche Zielerreichung Ihres Bereichs
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Partnerärzt*innen sowie interprofessionellen Partnern zusammen und bringen Ihre Perspektive in die Weiterentwicklung der Klinik ein

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, Weiterbildung in Management oder Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung grösserer Teams sowie idealerweise im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement (Lean Hospital)
  • Positive Leadership-Mentalität in einem Akutspital
  • Unternehmerisches und systemisches Denkvermögen mit Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
