Das Alterszentrum Frohmatt ist ein modernes Haus, das verschiedene Wohnformen anbietet, welche optimal auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner abgestimmt sind. Wir pflegen und betreuen Menschen mit Pflegebedürftigkeit, Menschen mit Demenz und unterstützen Menschen im betreuten Wohnen. Ebenso gehören zu unserem Betrieb Alterswohnungen mit Service innerhalb des Hauses. Das Haus Stollenweid gehört als viertes Haus ebenfalls zu der Frohmatt. Hier wohnen unsere Bewohnenden, die gerne ländlich leben.

Unser Ziel ist es, jedem Menschen die bestmögliche Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen - und das gilt auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden.

Was Sie mitbringen:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder im Akutbereich * Gut entwickelte Sozialkompetenzen, insbesondere Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Verständnis und Freude im Umgang mit betagten Menschen * Idealerweise Kenntnisse im RAI- System und easyDOK
