DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du übernimmst Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten und unterstützt dort, wo dein Einsatz gefragt ist
  • Im Pflegepool bestimmst du, wann und in welchem Umfang du verfügbar bist und welche Einsätze du leisten möchtest – für eine bessere Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben
  • Bei deinen Einsätzen führst du alle notwendigen Pflege\- und Betreuungsmassnahmen durch und dokumentierst diese fachgerecht
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität mit und setzt dich für die stetige Verbesserung von Prozessen ein

DEIN PROFIL

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Pflege (idealerweise im Langzeitbereich), die es dir ermöglicht, dich rasch in neue Abläufe einzuarbeiten
  • Empathie und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen – du gehst individuell auf die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnenden ein
  • Du bist mobil und hast vorzugsweise ein eigenes Fahrzeug
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist – auf dich kann man zählen!

DARAUF KANNST DU DICH FREUEN Abwechslungsreiche Einsätze: Im Pflegepool arbeitest du nach Verfügbarkeit und bist in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen im Einsatz. Dabei erweiterst du laufend deine Kompetenzen in verschiedenen Fachgebieten. Flexibilität: Du hast die Möglichkeit, deinen Arbeitsplan innerhalb der dahlia nach deinen Bedürfnissen zu gestalten, indem du entscheidest, ob du punktuell oder regelmässig Einsätze übernimmst.
