Für unsere Produktion an der Wankdorfstrasse 10, suchen wir innerhalb des Bereiches Sterilabfüllung eine:n motivierte:n und engagierte:n

Pharmafachmitarbeiter:in Sterilabfüllung (m/w/x) - Dauernachtschicht - 100% #

Zur Bewältigung des geplanten Wachstums unserer Produktionskapazitäten bauen wir derzeit eine permanente Nachtschicht auf (Montag bis Freitag, 23:00 bis 05:00 Uhr). In dieser spannenden Aufbauphase haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Entwicklung und Etablierung des neuen Teams aktiv mitzugestalten. Der Einsatz in der Dauernachtschicht beginnt nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitungsphase von rund acht Monaten im bestehenden Schichtmodell (2-Schichtbetrieb, Montag bis Sonntag, 05:00 bis 23:00 Uhr).

 

Als Pharmafachmitarbeiter:in in der Sterilabfüllung leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Herstellung lebenswichtiger steriler Arzneimittel. Sie erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem hochregulierten Produktionsumfeld, in dem Qualität, Präzision und Teamarbeit an erster Stelle stehen.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

  • Reinigung, Verpackung und Sterilisation von Formatteilen und Hilfsmaterialien
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Sterilfiltrationsprozessen
  • Sorgfältige Bereitstellung von Materialien und Equipment für den Produktionsablauf
  • GMP-konformes Arbeiten sowie die konsequente Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienevorgaben
  • Vollständige und präzise Dokumentation der Produktionsschritte sowie Durchführung der erforderlichen Kontrollen
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Produktionsanlagen und Reinräumen
  • Unterstützung bei Wartungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und zuverlässigen Anlagenbetriebs
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen sowie Unterstützung des Gruppenleiters bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen im Bereich der aseptischen Abfüllung, um Effizienz und Qualität nachhaltig zu steigern

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung:

Sie sind eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägter Teamorientierung. Ausserdem bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in der Dauernachtschicht
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittel-, Pharma- oder technischen Bereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld, vorzugsweise in einem GMP-regulierten Betrieb
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine offene, konstruktive Kommunikation
  • Flexibilität sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Prozesse und Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen und digitalen Systemen im Produktionsumfeld
