* Diplôme universitaire (MSc) en sciences agronomiques, sciences de l'environnement, géographie ou dans un domaine similaire) * Expérience avec des modèles de croissance des plantes, des modèles de bilan hydrique du sol, des modèles hydrologiques * Très bonnes connaissances des langages de script (Python, R) * Très bonnes capacités d'analyse et de communication * Méthode de travail autonome, axée sur les objectifs et la recherche de solutions * Connaissances de deux langues officielles et de l'anglais

L'été 2026 a montré toute l'importance de la ressource en eau pour l'agriculture en Suisse, ainsi que les conflits pouvant découler de son utilisation. Dans le cadre de cette thèse de doctorat, vous pourrez, avec nous et nos partenaires de projet, contribuer de manière déterminante à rendre la gestion de l'eau dans l'agriculture en Suisse plus durable et adaptée aux défis futurs. La thèse s'inscrit dans le projet sur les ressources \<\\>.

Agroscope est le centre de compétences de la Confédération pour la recherche dans les domaines de l'agriculture et de la filière alimentaire. Les chercheuses et chercheurs exercent leurs activités sur divers sites en Suisse. Le siège principal se trouve à Berne-Liebefeld (à partir de 2026: Posieux FR). Agroscope est rattaché au Département fédéral de l'économie, de la formation et de la recherche DEFR.

Le groupe de recherche Protection des eaux et flux des substances effectue des recherches dans le domaine de la gestion, des flux et de la dynamique des éléments nutritifs dans les agroécosystèmes et l'environnement et met en réseau les connaissances actuelles à l'attention de la vulgarisation et des politiques. L'équipe Observation de la Terre qui en fait partie élabore des méthodes spatiales et non destructives dans le contexte de la télédétection pour à l'avenir soutenir ces tâches ainsi que d'autres tâches d'Agroscope.
