Der Sommer 2026 hat gezeigt welch grosse Bedeutung die Ressource Wasser für die Landwirtschaft in der Schweiz hat und welche Konflikte sich um die Ressourcennutzung ergeben können. Im Rahmen dieser Dissertation können Sie mit uns und den Projektpartnern einen entscheidenden Beitrag dazu leisten, das landwirtschaftliche Wassermanagement in der Schweiz zukunftsfähiger zu machen. Die Dissertation ist eingebettet in das Ressourcenprojekt "Integrales Wassermanagement Thurgau".

Agroscope ist das Kompetenzzentrum des Bundes für die Forschung in der Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft. Die Forschenden üben ihre Tätigkeiten an verschiedenen Standorten in der Schweiz aus. Hauptsitz ist Bern-Liebefeld (ab 2026: Posieux FR). Angesiedelt ist Agroscope beim Eidg. Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF.

Die Forschungsgruppe Gewässerschutz und Stoffflüsse forscht im Bereich Nährstoffmanagement, -flüsse und -dynamik in Agrarökosystemen sowie der Umwelt und vernetzt aktuelles Wissen mit Praxis-und Politikberatung. Das dazugehörende Team Erdbeobachtung erarbeitet räumliche und nichtdestruktive Methoden im Kontext der Fernerkundung, um diese und andere Aufgaben von Agroscope in Zukunft zu unterstützen.
