Espace Réhabilitation recherche un·e physiothérapeute à 50–100 % pour compléter son équipe à partir du 1er janvier 2027.

Nous souhaitons accueillir un·e physiothérapeute qui recherche non seulement un nouvel emploi, mais aussi un cadre de travail agréable, moderne et flexible, offrant de bonnes conditions pour exercer et développer sa pratique professionnelle.

Ce que nous vous proposons

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 physiothérapeutes et bénéficierez d’une activité variée, avec des prises en charge au cabinet, à domicile et en EMS.

Notre organisation permet une réelle flexibilité des horaires et du taux d’activité, entre 50 et 100 %, afin de pouvoir concilier au mieux activité professionnelle et vie personnelle.

La formation continue fait pleinement partie de nos conditions de travail. Chaque année, nos physiothérapeutes bénéficient de jours dédiés à la formation ainsi que d’un budget annuel financé par l’entreprise, leur permettant de développer régulièrement leurs compétences et d’approfondir les domaines qui les intéressent.

Le cabinet dispose d’un plateau technique moderne et complet, avec le matériel nécessaire pour travailler dans de bonnes conditions et proposer différentes approches thérapeutiques.

Un secrétariat assure une partie importante de la gestion administrative et organisationnelle, afin de permettre aux physiothérapeutes de se concentrer davantage sur leur activité clinique et leurs patients.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en physiothérapie et disposez d’une autorisation de pratiquer dans le canton de Neuchâtel ou dans un autre canton suisse.

Vous disposez d’un permis de conduire valable.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant autonome dans votre pratique et souhaitez exercer dans un environnement professionnel diversifié.

Vous êtes en cours de reconnaissance CRS ?

Les candidatures de physiothérapeutes devant effectuer un stage d’adaptation dans le cadre de la reconnaissance de leur diplôme par la Croix\-Rouge suisse (CRS) sont également les bienvenues.
