Physiothérapeute 80-90% ou à convenir CDD du 1er novembre 2026 au 30 juin 2027

Votre mission :

  • garantir des prestations thérapeutiques de qualité dans le cadre de l-activité hospitalière, en médecine gériatrique aiguë et et en réadaptation gériatrique.
  • participer à la prise en charge des patients de réadaptation pulmonaire
  • participer à l-activité ambulatoire, y compris la réadaptation cardiovasculaire ambulatoire
  • participer aux projets du service de physiothérapie / ergothérapie de l-HFR.
  • rechercher et appliquer les guides de bonnes pratiques.
  • développer et pérenniser le travail interdisciplinaire.
  • favoriser la qualité des prestations à travers le duo ergothérapeute-physiothérapeute.
  • contribuer aux changements en proposant des améliorations.
  • contribuer à la promotion de la profession.

Votre profil :

  • diplôme de physiothérapie reconnu au niveau suisse
  • expérience en milieu hospitalier et en réadaptation un atout
  • maîtrise de la langue française, connaissances de la langue allemande un atout
  • facilité avec les outils informatiques
  • autonomie et capacité d'organisation
  • sens des responsabilités
  • qualités relationnelles et sens de la communication
  • flexibilité et dynamisme

Une possibilité de conversion en CDI. Le service est composé d-une équipe dynamique et engagée auprès de ses patients. Um ihr Team zu ergänzen, sucht die Pflegedirektion für die Abteilung Ergotherapie/Physiotherapie des HFR Riaz eine/n Physiotherapeutin/Physiotherapeuten 80-90 % (befristet für 8 Monate) oder nach Vereinbarung 1. November 2026 bis 30. Juni 2027 Aufgaben

  • Sie gewährleisten qualitativ hochstehende ergotherapeutische Leistungen im Rahmen der stationären Tätigkeit der Akutgeriatrie und der geriatrischen Rehabilitation.
  • Sie beteiligen sich an der Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten in der respiratorischen Rehabilitation
  • Sie wirken an der ambulanten Tätigkeit mit, einschliesslich der ambulanten kardiovaskulären Rehabilitation
  • Sie beteiligen sich an den Projekten der Abteilung Physiotherapie/Ergotherapie des HFR.
  • Sie informieren sich über die aktuellen Leitlinien zur Guten Praxis und wenden diese an.
  • Sie entwickeln die fachübergreifende Arbeit nachhaltig weiter.
  • Sie fördern die Leistungsqualität im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Ergotherapie und Physiotherapie.
  • Sie schlagen Verbesserungen vor und wirken so an Veränderungen mit.
  • Sie tragen zur Förderung des Berufsstandes bei.

Profil

  • In der Schweiz anerkanntes Physiotherapiediplom
  • Erfahrung im Spitalwesen und in der Rehabilitation von Vorteil
  • Französisch, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Beherrschen der gängigen Informatikprogramme
  • Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Flexibilität und Dynamik
