Nous réunissons médecins du sport, physiothérapeutes, nutritionnistes et experts, avec des équipements de pointe. En 2024, MotionLab a rejoint Swiss Medical Network, leader de la santé privée en Suisse (21 cliniques, 60\+ centres ambulatoires). Cette intégration renforce notre lien avec la Clinique de Montchoisi, établissement emblématique au cœur de Lausanne, réputé pour son excellence en orthopédie, ophtalmologie, ORL et radiologie. Dès 2026, MotionLab a repris la gestion des centre des physiothérapie des cliniques de Montchoisi et de Genolier afin d'offrir un accès encore plus direct à nos patients et athlètes. Description du poste En tant que physiothérapeute du sport senior, vous serez amené\-e à : Définir les standards de prise en charge (protocoles, guidelines internes) Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des traitements dans l'équipe Gérer les cas complexes / chroniques / échecs thérapeutiques Être référent\-e clinique pour des pathologies spécifiques (ex : LCA, épaule, retour au sport) Participer activement au mentorat des physiothérapeutes juniors Contribuer à la création et au développement d'un réseau professionnel Contribuer à la gestion de projet liée aux prestations du centre Participer au développement de l'activité clinique réseau, nouvelles offres, visibilité) Être impliqué\-e dans le management d'équipe Prendre en charge des patients ambulatoires (musculo\-squelettique, orthopédique, neurologique) Réaliser des évaluations fonctionnelles et des tests de performance Assurer la coordination avec les médecins prescripteurs Qualifications Votre profil Diplôme de physiothérapeute suisse ou équivalent reconnu par la Croix\-Rouge suisse Expérience confirmée dans le domaine ambulatoire et musculo\-squelettique (min 5 ans) Formation complémentaire en physiothérapie du sport Leadership naturel et goût pour la transmission de connaissances Intérêt pour la gestion de projet et le développement d'activité Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et flexibilité Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation et la multidisciplinarité Informations supplémentaires Ce que nous vous offrons Une activité variée dans les domaines de l'orthopédie, de la rééducation et de la physiothérapie du sport.
