Pour l'un de nos clients, un cabinet de physiothérapie à taille humaine situé à Gland, nous recherchons un-e Physiothérapeute (h/f/d). Vous rejoindrez une petite équipe expérimentée qui privilégie la collaboration, le partage des connaissances et une prise en charge de qualité.

Vos responsabilités ####

  • Assurer la prise en charge d'une patientèle variée, de la jeune à la personne âgée
  • Intervenir dans différents domaines : orthopédie, traumatologie, rhumatologie, respiratoire, gériatrie, uro-gynécologie et soins à domicile
  • Élaborer des prises en charge adaptées aux besoins et objectifs de chaque patient
  • Utiliser une approche thérapeutique diversifiée, combinant techniques actives et manuelles
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres physiothérapeutes et profiter de leurs spécialités et expériences complémentaires
  • Entretenir une collaboration avec les médecins généralistes, rhumatologues, chiropracticiens, hôpitaux et cliniques de la région
  • Placer en permanence l'écoute du patient et la qualité des soins au centre de votre pratique

Votre profil ####

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de physiothérapeute reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience professionnelle vous permettant de travailler avec une certaine autonomie
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
  • Vous appréciez une approche thérapeutique variée et ne vous limitez pas uniquement aux techniques actives
  • Des connaissances en thérapie manuelle, chaînes musculaires ou autres approches complémentaires sont un plus
  • Vous êtes à l'écoute, savez reconnaître vos limites et n'hésitez pas à demander conseil lorsque nécessaire
  • Vous partagez une vision de la physiothérapie axée sur la qualité de la prise en charge et les besoins du patient
