 Über uns

Die Physiotherapie Medwell in Thun bietet dir ein vielseitiges, modernes Arbeitsumfeld. Neben der physiotherapeutischen Behandlung verfügen wir über einen Massage- und Fitnessbereich (inkl. MTT). Zusätzlich betreuen wir stationäre Patient\*innen der Klinik Hohmad in den Bereichen Orthopädie und Chirurgie. Wir legen Wert auf Teamgeist, offene Kommunikation und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung. Führung verstehen wir als Zusammenarbeit - auf Augenhöhe und mit Raum zur Entwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Behandlung ambulanter Patient\*innen mit Fokus auf den Bewegungsapparat
  • Behandlung stationärer Patient\*innen in der Klinik Hohmad, Thun bei Bedarf, Wunsch und Eignung
  • Digitale Behandlungsdokumentation, Verfassen von Verlaufs- und Abschlussberichten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem engagierten Empfangsteam (sie übernehmen für Dich Telefonate, Terminvergabe und Abrechnung)
  • Optional: Übernahme von Co-Leitungsaufgaben - Umfang und Verantwortung richten sich nach deiner Erfahrung, deinen Stärken und deiner Motivation. Diese Funktion dient als Vorbereitung auf eine spätere Übergabe der Hauptverantwortung für die gesamte Physiotherapie bzw. die Leitung des Therapiebereichs.
  • Mitgestaltung von Praxisabläufen, Qualitätssicherung und Teamprozessen (wenn gewünscht)
  • Teilnahme an internen Weiterbildungen und aktive Förderung deiner beruflichen Entwicklung

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut\*in mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildungen (z.B. Dry Needling, Stosswelle, Sportphysiotherapie, Lymphdrainage)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2), Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil
  • Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten und am Austausch im Team
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Zwei-Schichtbetrieb (individuelle Einteilung)
  • Offenheit für sorgfältige Einarbeitung und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
