Für meine Praxis MotionPoint suche ich Physiotherapeuten, die Freude an moderner Physiotherapie haben, gerne selbstständig arbeiten und Lust darauf haben, gemeinsam mit mir etwas aufzubauen.

Der Eintritt ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Mir ist wichtig, einen Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen, an dem Qualität, Wertschätzung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung nicht nur schöne Worte sind, sondern im Alltag gelebt werden.

Mein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Orthopädie, Chirurgie und Rheumatologie. Dabei verbinde ich individuelle Therapie mit aktivem Training und moderner Diagnostik.

Was dich bei MotionPoint erwartet ##

Zeit für Dokumentation & Organisation ###

Gute Physiotherapie besteht für mich nicht nur aus der Zeit direkt mit den Patient.

Deshalb ist mindestens 1 Stunde Adminzeit pro Tag fest eingeplant - für Dokumentation, Berichte, Organisation und alles, was rund um eine professionelle Behandlung dazugehört.

Moderne Möglichkeiten für Therapie, Training & Diagnostik ###

Ich möchte bei MotionPoint moderne Physiotherapie ermöglichen und investiere deshalb bewusst in eine zeitgemässe Ausstattung:

  • Sensopro Challenger im grosszügigen MTT-Bereich
  • Ganganalysen mit OPED
  • VALD für objektive Messungen und eine gezielte Therapie- und Trainingssteuerung
  • Moderne Praxissoftware von Cenplex für eine unkomplizierte Dokumentation und automatische Berichtserstellung mit wenigen Klicks
  • Helle, moderne und klimatisierte Praxisräume mit grosszügigem Trainingsbereich

Mir ist wichtig, dass moderne Technik nicht einfach vorhanden ist, sondern dich dabei unterstützt, deine therapeutische Arbeit gezielt, effizient und nachvollziehbar zu gestalten.

Wenn du dich fachlich weiterentwickeln möchtest, unterstütze ich dich dabei - finanziell und mit der nötigen Zeit.

Neben 5 Wochen Ferien steht dir deshalb eine zusätzliche Woche für Weiterbildung zur Verfügung.

Bei einem ausländischen Diplom benötigst du die entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung.

Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass es menschlich passt.
