Deine Hauptaufgaben als Physiotherapeutin / Physiotherapeut

 

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du führst Befundungen durch und behandelst unsere stationären Patienten und Patientinnen im Bereich der Neurologie. Dabei stehst du in einem stetigen Austausch mit einem Team aus Ärzten, Pflege und weiteren therapeutischen Professionen
  • Patientenorientierte Betreuung: Du führst Assessments und Dokumentationen durch, welche persönlich auf jeden der Patientinnen und Patienten abgestimmt sind und unterstützt bei der Erstellung eines individuellen Therapieplans
  • Therapien: Du führst Einzel- und Gruppentherapien durch. Hierfür stehen dir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie z.B. die Robotik, unser modernes MTT, der Therapiegarten und unsere Therapiebecken zur Verfügung

 

 

Deine Hauptaufgaben als Fachverantwortung

 

  • Durchführung von Fachsupervisionen und internen Fortbildungen in der Physiotherapie
  • Mitarbeit im Team der Fachverantwortlichen zur Erarbeitung von Qualitätsstandards im Bereich Physiotherapie Neurologie
  • Gemeinsame fachliche Führung der Physiotherapeuten am Standort durch Erteilung von Handlungsanweisungen und gemeinsame Verantwortung mit der Fachleitung
  • Aktiver Austausch und Mitarbeit in der standortübergreifenden Fachstruktur
  • Erarbeiten, Implementieren und Vermitteln von interprofessionellen Standards

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut/in oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mindestens einem positiven PreCheck
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst bereits ausgewiesene Fachexpertise im Bereich Neurologie mit
  • Persönlichkeit: Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit neurologischen Patientinnen und Patienten, bist engagiert die Entwicklung des Fachbereichs zu gestalten und stösst Veränderungsprozesse an. Weiter übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung und bist offen für neue Aufgaben.
