Die Möglichkeit

Als PI Engineer (d/f/m) ist man Teil des Kreises „Pharma Engineering Drug Product" am Standort Basel / Kaiseraugst. Wir sind verantwortlich für das innovative, GMP\-gerechte Engineering sowie den zuverlässigen Betrieb komplexer Produktionsanlagen. In einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld unterstützen wir unsere Businesspartner von der ersten Idee über die Projektumsetzung bis hin zum Life\-Cycle\-Management der Systeme.

In dieser fungiert man als Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Pharma Engineering und ITOT. Die digitale Landschaft unseres Produktionsstandorts wird aktiv mitgestaltet, indem nicht nur bestehende Systeme gewartet, sondern auch die Datenstruktur der Zukunft mit aufgebaut wird.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in ist eine qualifizierte Persönlichkeit mit einem Studium oder einer Ausbildung in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Vorausgesetzt werden vertiefte Kenntnisse in AVEVA PI (DA, AF, DAS), Erfahrung in der Anbindung von Automationssystemen über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg sowie ein breites Verständnis von Netzwerktechnik und Systemintegration im industriellen Umfeld. Mehrjährige Praxis als System Engineer, vorzugsweise im GMP\-regulierten Umfeld, und Know\-how in der automatisierten Arzneimittelherstellung sind erforderlich. Praktische Erfahrung mit SQL ist von Vorteil. Abgerundet wird das Profil durch verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • System\-Architekt: Verantwortung für die Anbindung von Automationssystemen an AVEVA PI sowie die Datenmodellierung im PI AF. Dabei werden die Schnittstellen konfiguriert, angrenzende Komponenten (PI Vision, PI DAS) betreut und die kontinuierliche Pflege über den gesamten Lifecycle sichergestellt.
  • Lösungsdesign: Gemeinsame Analyse der Anforderungen an das PI\-System mit internen Business Partnern und Implementierung optimaler, GMP\-konformer Lösungen.
  • Projektengineering: Planung und Bearbeitung von Projekten mit Fokus auf PI\-Historian \- von der Spezifikation bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb.
  • Betrieb \& Support: Gemeinsame Sicherstellung der Administration und des reibungslosen Betriebs im Team (inkl. Fehleranalyse, Root\-Cause\-Analysen und Deviation Handling).
  • Compliance: Steuerung von Change\-Control\-Prozessen sowie Qualifizierungs\- und Validierungsaktivitäten gemäss \-Richtlinien.
  • Wissenstransfer: Schulung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Unterstützung der Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und Behördeninspektionen.

Must Haves:

  • Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Expertise: Vertiefte Kenntnisse in AVEVA PI sowie die dazugehörigen Infrastruktur\-Komponenten (DA, AF, DAS) sowie Erfahrung in der Anbindung von Automationssystem und der Pflege dieser Anbindungen über den Lifecycle
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL von Vorteil
  • IT\-Architektur: Breites Verständnis von Netzwerktechnik und Systemintegration im industriellen Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Praxis als System Engineer mit Erfahrung in Projektengineering, idealerweise im GMP\-regulierten Umfeld
  • Know\-how in der automatisierten Herstellung pharmazeutischer Produkte
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch zwingend nötig und Englisch von Vorteil
