Ta mission ##

  • Conseiller personnellement, par téléphone et en ligne nos clients dans notre showroom, répondre à leurs questions sur notre gamme de produits et créer une expérience client attrayante
  • Gérer les données relatives à l-assortiment dans le système et créer des rapports
  • Traiter des demandes complexes concernant les retours, les réparations et les livraisons de remplacement 
  • Coordonner le processus d-approvisionnement, de la commande à la livraison du véhicule
  • Calculer les prix de vente des voitures d-occasion, établir des offres d-achat et présenter les différentes possibilités de financement 

Ce qui fait de toi le bon candidat ##

  • Tu as déjà terminé une autre formation de niveau supérieur et tu as au moins 18 ans
  • Tu disposes de bonnes compétences linguistiques 
  • Tu es passionné·e par les voitures et tout ce qui s-y rapporte
  • Tu aimes conseiller et vendre, et tu apprécies le contact avec la clientèle 
  • Tu as de bonnes manières et une présentation soignée 
  • Tu aimes travailler avec tes collègues pour créer ensemble
