Aufgaben ##

In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Ausführung des Pflegeprozesses. Dazu gehören die Erarbeitung der Pflegeplanung und die Durchführung der Pflege. Sie koordinieren sich dabei mit Teamkolleginnen und Kollegen und vernetzen sich mit interdisziplinären Beteiligten, Angehörigen und Ärzten Angesprochen sind Personen, die sich gerne Herausforderungen stellen und mit Elan Neuerungen und Veränderungen anpacken. Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle, vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem lebhaften Umfeld und ein wertschätzendes Betriebsklima.
