Dans le cadre du renforcement des équipes Supply Chain de notre client, acteur industriel reconnu pour son expertise et son niveau d'exigence, nous recherchons un Ordonnanceur / Planificateur de Production 100% H/F/X.

Planificateur

Rattaché au Responsable Planification et au Responsable Supply Chain, vous jouez un rôle central dans la performance industrielle du site. Véritable chef d'orchestre des flux de production, vous assurez la cohérence entre les besoins clients, les capacités de production et les objectifs opérationnels de l'entreprise.

À ce titre, vous participez activement au pilotage du Plan Industriel et Commercial (PIC), à l'élaboration des plans de production et à l'optimisation continue des outils et processus de planification.

Vos responsabilités --------------------

  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi du PIC de production.
  • Construire et ajuster les plans de production à court et moyen terme en fonction des charges et des capacités.
  • Garantir l'adhérence aux plans établis et anticiper les éventuels écarts.
  • Ordonnancer les lignes de production et assurer le lancement ainsi que le suivi des ordres de fabrication.
  • Veiller au respect des délais de fabrication et des engagements pris auprès des clients.
  • Paramétrer, maintenir et faire évoluer les données de planification au sein de l'ERP.
  • Développer et améliorer les outils de pilotage et de calcul des besoins.
  • Animer les indicateurs de performance liés à la production.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Ventes, Approvisionnements, Production, Méthodes et Qualité afin de garantir la fluidité des opérations.
  • Être un acteur moteur dans l'amélioration continue et l'optimisation des processus de planification.

Le profil recherché --------------------

Titulaire d'une formation d'Ingénieur HES, EPFL ou équivalent, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel exigeant où la planification et la gestion des flux occupent une place stratégique.

Vous maîtrisez les outils ERP ainsi que la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel. Une bonne compréhension des enjeux Supply Chain et des mécanismes de gestion de production constitue un réel atout.

Au\-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu pour votre excellent sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à prendre des décisions dans un environnement dynamique. Votre esprit analytique vous permet d'identifier rapidement les priorités et de proposer des solutions pragmatiques.

Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous appréciez le travail transversal et savez fédérer différents interlocuteurs autour d'objectifs communs. Autonome, proactif et orienté résultats, vous faites preuve d'adaptabilité et de sang\-froid face aux imprévus.

Un niveau de français courant ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (minimum C1\) sont requis pour évoluer dans cet environnement international.
