Pour un remplacement de congé maternité au sein de notre équipe de planification des approvisionnements, nous recherchons un professionnel pour rejoindre notre équipe de janvier à novembre 2027.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d'atteindre la meilleure disponibilité possible des produits, à temps et en quantité complète (OTIF), tout en équilibrant les risques et opportunités liés au coût rendu et aux niveaux de stock pour un portefeuille défini de produits et fournisseurs.

Vos responsabilités

  • Développer et gérer le plan d'approvisionnement pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la planification de la demande et les parties prenantes clés des équipes commerciales, produits et chaîne d'approvisionnement pour assurer un plan d'approvisionnement aligné de bout en bout
  • Développer conjointement et maintenir un plan de capacité et de production roulante avec les fournisseurs et résoudre proactivement les problèmes qui surviennent
  • Créer le plan de lancement saisonnier des produits et piloter les tours d'achat mensuels (OTB) en conséquence
  • Déterminer les quantités d'achat dans le cycle mensuel S&OP de manière basée sur les données, en évaluant les compromis entre la livraison à temps, la rotation des stocks et le coût d'approvisionnement
  • Fournir des analyses qualitatives et quantitatives régulières sur les risques et opportunités dans le plan d'approvisionnement (S&OP mensuel et S&OE hebdomadaire basé sur les exceptions) et formuler des recommandations pour des actions en temps utile à la direction
  • Maintenir les données maîtres de planification et les outils pour garantir un processus de planification efficace et transparent
  • Maintenir une relation solide avec les fournisseurs ainsi que les parties prenantes internes et conduire de manière collaborative l'amélioration continue des modèles d'approvisionnement, des processus et des KPI
  • Soutenir la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions de digitalisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale avec une formation complémentaire en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Expérience en planification des approvisionnements
  • Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe interfonctionnelle et sous pression
  • Structuré, organisé et orienté processus
  • Bonne compréhension du processus de chaîne d'approvisionnement de bout en bout
  • Processus de prise de décision basé sur le plan de lancement saisonnier dans le budget donné
  • Compétences avancées en MS Office (Excel) ou outils similaires, connaissance des systèmes ERP et BI
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, d'autres langues sont un plus
