Die Dienststelle Informatik (DIIN) erbringt umfassende IT-Dienstleistungen für die Departemente, Gerichte und Schulen des Kantons Luzern. Neben der Beratung zu Fragestellungen der Informatik in den Bereichen Architektur, Sicherheit, Infrastruktur, Projekte und Applikationen und der Bereitstellung von IT-Services betreibt sie die kantonale Informatikinfrastruktur in zwei modernen Rechenzentren und ist für den Aufbau und den Betrieb des komplexen kantonalen Kommunikationsnetzes besorgt. Wenn du Produktverantwortung mit technischem Plattform-Know-how verbinden möchtest und Freude daran hast, in einer frühen Aufbauphase echte Wirkung zu erzielen, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Product Owner verantwortest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform, definierst die Produktvision, pflegst das Plattform-Backlog und priorisierst Anforderungen entlang von Nutzen, Sicherheit, Stabilität und regulatorischen Vorgaben.
  • Gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Teams gestaltest du die technische Architektur und arbeitest aktiv am Aufbau der Plattform mit. Dabei treibst du die Standardisierung von APIs, Integrationen, Automatisierungslösungen und Infrastrukturkomponenten voran.
  • Der Ausbau moderner Plattform-Services gehört ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich wie die Etablierung von CI/CD-Pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code-Ansätzen sowie die Sicherstellung eines stabilen und skalierbaren Betriebs.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Architektur, Security, Betrieb und Entwicklungsteams sorgst du dafür, dass fachliche Anforderungen in nachhaltige und zukunftsfähige technische Lösungen übersetzt werden.
  • Durch die Entwicklung von Standards, praxisnahen Guidelines und Self-Service-Angeboten befähigst du Teams zur eigenständigen Nutzung der Plattform und förderst aktiv eine moderne DevOps-Kultur.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Plattform Engineer oder DevOps Engineer ermöglicht es dir, strategische Fragestellungen ebenso sicher zu bearbeiten wie technische Herausforderungen.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar Qualifikation bildet die Grundlage deiner fachlichen Expertise.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud- und Container-Technologien sowie praktische Erfahrung mit modernen Plattformen, Automatisierungslösungen und Deployment-Prozessen zeichnen dein Profil aus.
  • Zusammenhänge zwischen API-Design, Integrationen, CI/CD und Plattformarchitekturen verstehst du ganzheitlich und kannst technische Entscheidungen zielgerichtet und nachvollziehbar herleiten.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab. Gleichzeitig gelingt es dir, mühelos zwischen strategischem Zielbild und technischer Detailtiefe zu wechseln.
