So ermöglichst du eine sichere, standardisierte und hochautomatisierte Systembereitstellung und bewegst PostFinance nachhaltig. Das kannst du bewirken Du entwickelst, betreibst und optimierst unsere zentrale Windows-Plattform und verantwortest deren Architektur, Engineering und Lifecycle Management Du automatisierst die Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Windows-Systemen mit Terraform und Ansible Du setzt den Ansatz «Everything as Code» um und treibst die Standardisierung unserer Infrastruktur voran Du integrierst Security-, Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen von Beginn an in unsere Plattformservices Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Plattform sicher, stabil und zukunftsfähig bleibt Du teilst dein Wissen mit Begeisterung und trägst dazu bei, eine moderne Engineering-Kultur zu etablieren Das bringst du mit Grundausbildung in Platform- oder Applikationsentwicklung EFZ sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Engineering und in der Automatisierung von Windows-Infrastrukturen Kentnisse in Windows sowie in Tools wie Terraform und Ansible und Anwendung von Infrastructure as Code im Alltag Erfahrung mit API-basierten Integrationen und modernen Engineering-Praktiken Ganzheitliches Denken mit Berücksichtigung von Architektur, Sicherheit, Betrieb und Benutzererlebnis Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und selbstständiges Handeln Interesse an neuen Technologien sowie kontinuierliche Weiterbildung, Neugier und Lernbereitschaft Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse LohngleichheitOffenheit und Transparenz gehören zu unserer Kultur - auch beim Lohn.
