**DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE**

• Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support inkl. Weitergabe an den 3rd-Level • Durchführung von Systemtests nach Updates, Patches und Releases sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Migrationen • Dokumentation von Incidents, Lösungen und Systemänderungen sowie Nachverfolgung im Ticketsystem • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von PLM-Prozessen und Workflows basierend auf Nutzerfeedback • Unterstützung bei Standardisierungs- und Verbesserungsinitiativen im Systemumfeld • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT- und Fachabteilungen • Unterstützung bei der Datenpflege und -qualität im PLM-Ökosystem

**DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN**

• Technische oder informatiknahe Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung mit Engineering- und Manufacturing-Prozessen • Kenntnisse im PLM-Umfeld sowie idealerweise Weiterbildungen in ITIL oder Systemschulungen • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Teamcenter, CATIA und SAP ERP • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Störungen mithilfe von Logs und Systemtools • Erfahrung im Ticket- und Incident-Management sowie in der strukturierten Dokumentation • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Empathie und Verständnis für Anwenderbedürfnisse
