Votre mission

  • Assurer l’exercice du droit de visite en soutenant et en accompagnant le/la mineur\-e et le\-s parent\-s
  • Accueillir le/la mineur\-e et chaque parent concerné en garantissant la sécurité des lieux d’accueil et en offrant une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante
  • Favoriser, en plein respect du cadre légal et réglementaire, l’évolution des relations vers une autonomie dans la mise en lien
  • Conduire les entretiens en adaptant les interventions
  • Expliciter son action et en rendre compte par écrit en communiquant les éléments nécessaires à la direction en vue des échanges entre celle\-ci, les autorités et les mandants
  • Transmettre à la direction toutes les situations entravant le bon développement du/de la mineur\-e
  • Participer à l’analyse des situations complexes et à l’élaboration d’actions adaptées et évolutives
  • Gérer proactivement le flux des demandes ainsi qu’anticiper la gestion des étapes finales de la prestation de Point rencontre

Votre profil

  • Formation d’éducateur social, de psychologue, ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans l’intervention, l’accompagnement et la conduite d’entretiens auprès de familles en difficulté
  • Aptitude à la compréhension et à la gestion de situations complexes, à la résolution de conflits et à la négociation
  • Aptitude à organiser son travail de manière autonome
  • Intérêt et aptitude pour la rédaction de rapports et documents de synthèse
  • Capacité à développer une action réflexive sur ses pratiques professionnelles.
  • Personnalité agile à l’esprit collaboratif appréciant la coopération en équipe et favorisant l’esprit d’entreprise
  • Solide stabilité émotionnelle et capacité de distanciation
  • Flexibilité exigée pour des horaires irréguliers de jour, de soir et de week\-ends
