  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter und des Managements bei der Strukturierung von Projekten
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Arbeitspaketen, Pendenzen für Projekte, Kommunikation, Korrespondenz
  • Überwachung und Vorbereitung von anstehenden Rechnungen
  • Koordination abgeschlossener Aufträge mit der zentralen Fakturastelle
  • Projektreporting vorbereiten und Finanzdaten aufbereiten
  • Anlegen von Angeboten im SAP
  • Anlegen und pflegen von Projektstrukturen und Kundenaufträgen im SAP (ganzer Lebenszyklus) im Auftrag des Auftragsverantwortlichen/Projektleiter
  • Transparente, effiziente und korrekte Abbildung der Verträge/Bestellungen im SAP
  • Abbildung und Pflege der Vorplanung auf Basis der Verkaufsplanung im SAP

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im technischen Umfeld oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum technischen Kaufmann / zur technischen Kauffrau
  • Kenntnisse mit SAP S4/HANA (insbesondere Module PS und SD)
  • Teamfähige sowie kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige und initiative Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
