Die Evangelisch-Reformierte Kirchgemeinde Luzern (www.reflu.ch/luzern) erstreckt sich über ein Gebiet von 18 politischen Gemeinden und besteht aus 8 Teilkirchgemeinden mit rund 16’500 Mitgliedern. Die Zentralen Dienste sind ein modernes Dienstleistungszentrum, das die kirchlichen Behörden, rund 100 Mitarbeitende und die vielen Freiwilligen der Teilkirchgemeinden unterstützt und berät.

Als strukturierte, initiative und dienstleistungsorientierte Fachperson mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent suchen wir Sie als

PMO (Project Management Officer) 60%, m/w/d

Direkt der Geschäftsführerin unterstellt, unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsführung sowie das Leitungsgremium bei der operativen, administrativen und organisatorischen Begleitung von Projekten. In dieser neu geschaffenen Position sorgen Sie für eine effiziente Projektkoordination.

Ihre Aufgaben • Operative Unterstützung bei Organisations- und Entwicklungsprojekten • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Abläufe • Koordination von Arbeitsgruppen und Projektsitzungen • Administrative Begleitung von Projekten sowie Nachverfolgen von Pendenzen und Aufgaben • Unterstützung bei Projektplanung, Projektübersichten sowie Reporting- und Controllingprozessen • Erstellen von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Protokollen • Führen der Administration für die Kommissionen KOWE und KSI (inkl. Teilnahme an Sitzungen und Protokollführung)

Ihr Profil • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundausbildung • Erfahrung in administrativer Projektkoordination oder Projektunterstützung • Weiterbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Organisation oder Verwaltung erwünscht • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ICT-Anwenderkenntnisse • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Personen und Anspruchsgruppen • Erfahrung im Verwaltungs- oder Non-Profit-Umfeld von Vorteil • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Abendsitzungen
