Die Fanger Elementtechnik AG mit Sitz in Obwalden ist ein innovatives und erfolgreiches Unternehmen mit 50 Mitarbeitenden und über 80 Jahre Erfahrung, spezialisiert auf die Fertigung und Montage von Fertigelementen, speziell auf schweizweite Grossprojekte im Infrastrukturbau für Bauunternehmungen und Bahnbetriebe. Modern, leistungsstark und lösungsorientiert steht der Kunde im Zentrum. Nun suchen wir im Zuge der geplanten Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmung Sie als

Polier:in oder Bauführer:in als Projektleiter:in für spannende Infrastruktur- und Tiefbauprojekte (80 – 100 %)

Als Polier:in oder Bauführer:in, oder mit einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung, übernehmen Sie die selbstständige Projektabwicklung im Infrastruktur- und Tiefbau. In dieser Schlüsselposition haben Sie die ganze Projektverantwortung – von der Entwicklung von Projektkonzepten bis hin zur Akquisition, Kalkulation, Produktion, Montage und Abrechnung. Dabei können Sie auf eine topmoderne und leistungsfähige Infrastruktur zugreifen und werden von einem schlagkräftigen Team unterstützt. Sie verstehen es, die Ressourcen optimal einzusetzen und mit Ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenz den guten Ruf der Fanger Elementtechnik AG gegenüber Bauherren, Planern und Behörden weiter auszubauen.

Abhängig von Ihrem Wissen und Ihrer Erfahrung werden Sie individuell in die Aufgaben eingeführt. Das heisst, Ihre Bewerbung ist willkommen, wenn Sie einen Abschluss im technischen Bereich mitbringen (dipl. Bauführer:in, Baupolier:in im Hoch- oder Tiefbau, o.ä.). Entscheidend sind Ihre Persönlichkeit und Ihr Potenzial: Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative und überzeugen durch Ihre selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Zudem reagieren Sie flexibel und mit kreativen Ideen auf bauliche und organisatorische Herausforderungen.
