Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Gleis- und Infrastrukturbau, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Polier/in Gleisbau.

Ihre Aufgaben: - Führung und Koordination verschiedener Gleisbau- und Gleistiefbau-Baustellen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Bauführer - Erstellung von Tages-, Maschinen- und Regierapporten sowie digitalen Stundenrapporten - Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Terminen, Umweltvorgaben und Arbeitssicherheit - Organisation und Koordination der Arbeiten auf der Baustelle - Führung und Unterstützung des Baustellenteams - Aktive Mitarbeit bei den laufenden Gleisbauarbeiten - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Baustellenablaufs

Ihr Profil: - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gleisbau oder Gleistiefbau - Erfahrung als Polier/in von Vorteil - Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Nachteinsätzen - Selbstständige, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit - Verantwortungsbewusste, gewissenhafte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise - Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit - Gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten - Führerausweis Kategorie B
