dasteam ag gehört zu den national führenden Stellenvermittlungen mit insgesamt 28 Niederlassungen in der Schweiz und im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Seit über 35 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe, Handwerk, Technik, Industrie.

Für unsere etablierten Kunden im Bauhauptgewerbe in der Region Luzern suchen wir einen erfahrenen und durchsetzungsstarke*n Polier/in Hochbau für einen langfristigen Einsatz mit Möglichkeit auf Festanstellung. Diese Position eignet sich auch für sehr erfahrene Poliere/innen oder Führungspersönlichkeiten, die nach dem FAR weiterhin tätig sein möchten und ihre Erfahrung gezielt einbringen wollen.

Seit bald 35 Jahren vermittelt dasteam ag qualifizierte Fach- und Führungskräfte an starke Bauunternehmen in der Nordwest-/Mittelland.

  • Stellenbezeichnung: Polier Hochbau (100% oder nach Absprache)
  • Arbeitsort: Region Aargau
  • Anstellung: Langfristiger Temporäreinsatz mit Option auf Festanstellung
  • Stellenantritt: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Selbstständige Führung und Organisation der Baustelle
  • Koordination von Vorarbeitern und Mitarbeitenden
  • Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Materialdisposition
  • Rapportwesen und Baustellendokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauleitung, Architekten und Unternehmer
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SUVA- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Hier geht es nicht um Lautstärke, sondern um Führung, Übersicht und strukturierte Abläufe.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Ausbildung als Maurer*in EFZ
  • Weiterbildung zum/zur Polier/in Hochbau (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung)
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Hochbau
  • Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (sprechen und verstehen – zwingend)
  • Wohnhaft in der Region Luzern oder mobil

Auch pensionierte oder FAR-nahe Poliere/innen sind willkommen, sofern sie weiterhin Verantwortung übernehmen möchten.
