  • Selbstständige Organisation und Koordination von Baustellen im Hochbau
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Baustellenteams
  • Planung und Koordination der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten, qualitativ hochwertigen Ausführung
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Bauherrschaft und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Arbeitsfortschritt und Materialbedarf
  • Digitale Rapportierung sowie Unterstützung bei der Materialbestellung
  • Einhaltung der Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe
  • Weiterbildung zum Vorarbeiter / Polier von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
